Well, in part it's for her but mostly for us, you know? We do have a pretty good deal here, and a great deal of inertia (i.e. don't want to move). We have tons of critters, and it's difficult to find a place that will accept that, although we've always been willing to pay pet deposits up the wazoo.

In short, I just want her to be happy and to not bother us. And we've been meaning to landscape the backyard anyway.
