A site like that yes. I'm not sure why some of the UNICODE didn't translate, but I suspect that it's a font issue.
As a computer geek, the = at the end told me that it was likely to be base 64. I was going to try base 32 next.
As for why? Who knows how LoudTwitter works? I suspect it's an issue between them and LJ. It it happening to everyone?
I actually figured it was a geek test and that you were just messing with us. >-) I decided to be benevolent to the rest of the crowd.
